Patient: Good afternoon! May I come in?
Doctor: Sure! Come and sit down please. What's your problem?
Patient: I've been feeling really tired and exhaustion. I hope that you could help me to figure out what's going on.
Doctor: Of course. How long have you been feeling this?
Patient: I think, I have been feeling this from last week. It's been getting worse over time.
Doctor: I see. Please open your mouth.
Patient: Ok.
Doctor: Have you noticed any other symptoms, like a fever or cough?
Patient: Not at all. I feel just the tiredness.
Doctor: Okay, I'd like to check your blood pressure and temperature.
Patient: Okay.
Doctor: Um! Your temperature is normal, but your blood pressure is little bit high. I am prescribing some medicine. Take these medicine for a week and meet me again.
Patient: Okay. What should I do also?
Doctor: In the meantime, try to take rest and drink plenty of fluids.
Patient:Thank you very much.
Doctor: No mention please.
